Started using this (along w/ magnesium) for PMS related depression & anxiety. I've been taking it for about a month, and I didn't even notice that my period was coming. In the months before that, I was having bad emotional breakdowns along with bad cramps for 2 weeks prior, and it was like a complete turnaround. Do your homework to see if this is right for you- I did, and I can say I definitely made the right decision.

I bought it to treat my PMS symptoms and post menstrual symptoms - irritability, headache, breast discomfort and bloating. It’s too early to tell if it has actually helped with PMS but what it has helped me with actually is stopped the hair loss and made my skin more firmer and shinier. It also seems too helps with breast pain (discomfort to mild pains).

I started taking this about 1 year ago because I had a long-standing problem with elevated triglycerides and I read that Omega 3 supplements were supposed to reduce triglycerides. All I can say about this stuff is that, after taking it for about 1 year by triglycerides dropped from way above standard levels to within recommended ranges--about a 50% reduction. Obviously I am pleased.
